Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Great memory for recollection of frequently requested drinks
- Knowledge of mixology and preparation to create signature drinks
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain order using a multitude of different ingredients and tools
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume hours
- Consistency in drink quality for regular customers
Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Transport supplies to bar set-up area
- Wash soiled glassware
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Process all payment methods
- Count bank at end of shift, secure bank
- Complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- Complete closing duties
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each items origin, taste, and preparation methods
- Maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, Armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks
- All other duties as assigned by leadership
