Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks required by the role
- reliable and punctual
- customer-first mindset
- capacity to multitask and incorporate feedback
- completion of Barista certification within 90 days
Job Qualifications

- previous customer service experience preferred

- ability to work well in a team
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Welcomes customers to store, engaging with them throughout their store experience
- determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- serves customers with a sense of urgency prioritizing customer satisfaction
- prepares drinks and brews coffee and tea with consistent quality
- participates in training to learn new and promotional products, expanding product knowledge
- maintains a clean and well-stocked store
- follows all company policies and procedures
