Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years to qualify for 401(k) plan
- Ability to perform various physical tasks during work shift
- Willingness to undergo and pass Barista certification training within 90 days

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus

Job Duties
- Welcomes customers and engages with them throughout their store experience
- Determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Demonstrates urgency and customer-first service in all interactions
- Prepares drinks and brews coffee and tea with consistent quality
- Participates in ongoing training to expand product knowledge
- Maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
