Job Requirements
- Possess the interest and ability to actively work towards Barista certification within 90 days
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to perform physical tasks required during the work shift
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to learn quickly and incorporate feedback
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or coffee shop environment is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform various physical tasks associated with the role
Job Duties
- Welcomes customers and engages with them throughout their store experience
- Determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Serves customers with a sense of urgency demonstrating customer-first mentality
- Prepares drinks and brews coffee and tea with consistent quality
- Participates actively in training to learn new and promotional products
- Maintains a clean and well-stocked store
- Works collaboratively with team members to ensure operational excellence
