Job Requirements
- Partial high school education
- ability to stand and walk for entire workday
- ability to lift, carry and push up to 25 lbs regularly, 30-35 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to move about on foot frequently
- ability to bend, reach/extend arms above shoulder height frequently
- ability to withstand temperature extremes in freezer, refrigerator walk-in and grill areas
- ability to read and write work-related documents in English
- ability to speak clearly and understand others in English
- physical presence at job site essential
- ability to communicate verbally in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- high school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- strong sanitation habits
- mathematic skills
- strong customer service abilities
- ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a polite, positive manner and take beverage orders
- identify items and tabulate bills using cash register or price equipment
- deliver an outstanding guest experience to every guest
- prepare requested drinks and deliver to customer
- issue receipts, refunds, credit, or change due accurately
- maintain cash register and contents within
- turn in cash drawer and sales reconciliation at shifts' end
- smile and greet customers entering unit
- answer customers' questions and provide information on company policies
- maintain clean and orderly work area
- stock and maintain area with supplies
- serve other items as per unit guidelines
- maintain awareness of safety issues, report them immediately to manager
