- previous experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred
- ability to handle cash accurately

Job Duties
- Provide warm, personalized service to all guests
- maintain cleanliness of appliances and counter space throughout the shift
- manage trash removal and general upkeep of the barista station
- greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude
- handle customer complaints professionally or escalate to the manager
- operate cash registers and record transactions accurately
- inform customers of available payment options (cash, check, credit/debit)
- monitor inventory and restock shelves as needed
- count cash drawer before and after shifts to ensure accuracy
- maintain neat appearance and professional demeanor
- handle repetitive tasks with precision and consistency
- maintain transaction records using basic computer systems
- demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- be respectful and courteous to guests from diverse backgrounds
- work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
