Job Requirements
- Ability to work during peak seasonal periods typically lasting up to three months
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform various physical tasks such as standing for long periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to embrace Peet’s culture and values
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge

Job Duties
- Welcomes customers to store engaging with them throughout their store experience
- Determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Demonstrates that customers come first by serving them with a sense of urgency
- Provides consistent quality in the preparation of drinks and brewing of coffee and tea
- Participates actively in training to learn new and promotional products
- Maintains a clean and well-stocked store
- Follows Peet’s policies and procedures to deliver operational excellence
