Job Requirements
- Must have TABC and Texas Food Handler certification
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts

Job Duties
- You build and maintain relationships with guests using the WOW Service Principles
- You set goals and work hard to achieve them to grow brand footprint and store performance
- You share Kendra Scott's brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and community
- You adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures
- You educate guests on product details and taste profiles and provide tailored recommendations
- You flexibly assist customers and complete necessary tasks in a fast-paced environment
- You proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure positive experiences
- You collaborate with team members to provide WOW experiences for all guests
