Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid Indiana Alcohol Server Permit required
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work November through January
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous barback or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Stock the bar with liquor, mixers, syrups, glassware, garnishes, and other essential supplies before and during service
- Refill ice wells, change kegs, and restock beverage products, napkins, and bar tools throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, wiping down surfaces, clearing glassware, and emptying trash as needed
- Assist bartenders with drink prep, garnish setup, and other service needs
- Work closely with bartenders, servers, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Follow all responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Support themed events and high-volume shifts with a positive, team-oriented attitude
