Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs
- Must be available to work as scheduled based on event needs including evenings weekends late nights and long shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bar or hospitality service preferred
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology techniques
- Ability to engage positively with customers and provide excellent service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Craft a variety of beverages including cocktails beers wines and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner taking drink orders providing recommendations and creating a positive and enjoyable experience
- Keep the bar area clean organized and well-stocked with liquor mixers garnishes and other necessary supplies
- Efficiently manage drink orders prioritize tasks during peak hours and ensure timely service to both bar and other guests
- Process payments accurately
- Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations verifying the legal drinking age and ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Promote specials and premium beverages to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
