Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or banquet service preferred
- must have legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to work seasonally until 01/08/2026
- able to comply with company and state regulations
- available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to handle manual tasks like lifting, mixing drinks, and cleaning
Job Qualifications
- Hotel experience or similar preferred
- must communicate well with guests
- basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages service
- manual dexterity for preparing drinks and handling bar equipment
- ability to comprehend written product labels and safety instructions
- ability to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods
- ability to maintain effective working relationships
- basic math skills
- effective verbal and written communication
- adaptable communication style for different audiences
Job Duties
- Assist banquet manager in serving guests during banquet functions
- check banquet event orders for function details
- set up portable bar according to policies
- make and serve drinks in a courteous and timely manner
- adhere to all regulations related to alcohol service
- remove trash and glasses from function area
- clean and break down bar equipment
- comply with attendance and availability rules
- perform other assigned job duties
