Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Inventory experience in a customer focused setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for operational excellence
- Comfortable working on the sales floor as needed
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds during a work shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods during a work shift
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed during a work shift
Job Duties
- Embody brand standards and core values by being an excellent communicator, collaborator, and teammate
- Support the customer experience by managing stock and inventory processes, ensuring inventory accuracy standards are met
- Process new deliveries and customer shipments
- Support cycle counts and other key inventory events throughout the year
- Be flexible to support as needed on the sales floor, delivering best-in-class, exceptional customer service to every person, every time
- Facilitate in-store programs and events as needed
- Maintain the integrity of the store and uphold visual standards
