Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Job Duties

  • Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events
  • Supporting the recruitment and training of team members in standards and procedures
  • Supervising operations during the event and troubleshooting where needed
  • Working with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance
  • Proactively engaging in processes for loss prevention
  • Working primarily in concessions and supporting premium department as needed
  • Completing point of sale updates and regular maintenance checks
  • Ensuring timely implementation and communication of promotions
  • Managing loss prevention activities including cash drops and collection
  • Overseeing nightly Goods Out of Stock procedure
  • Collaborating with culinary and purchasing teams to maintain theoretical margin calculations
  • Managing gratis sheet process for comped items tracking
  • Ensuring compliance with Payment Card Information rules
  • Implementing concessions production sheet to minimize wastage
  • Conducting progressive coaching with team members
  • Completing monthly beverage wastage report
  • Performing regular equipment maintenance such as beer line cleaning
  • Re-stocking concessions and bars for event readiness
  • Ensuring proper alcohol service signage and responsible service protocols
  • Processing alcohol incident logs
  • Supporting recruitment activities
  • Holding pre-shift meetings
  • Managing location "Keys to the Future" leadership activities
  • Supporting team member orientation training
  • Managing NPO Group communication
  • Overseeing service standards during events
  • Completing accurate end of month inventory
  • Managing product transfers and requisitions
  • Handling guest complaints
  • Managing team member incidents and reporting
  • Conducting monthly safety inspections and training
  • Managing team scheduling based on demand forecasts
  • Verifying payroll and entering gratuities
  • Communicating with subcontractors and ensuring compliance
  • Conducting event building walks
  • Supporting other properties and departments as needed
  • Performing other assigned duties
