Job Requirements
- education and experience in aquatic program supervision
- must possess American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor License
- current American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor certification
- current CPR certifications
- must have a valid Texas driver’s license within sixty days of hire
- must have a valid driver’s license by date of hire
- must be able to work weekends and various hours to oversee events and activities

Job Duties
- supervising seasonal pool manager, cashiers, water safety instructors (WSI), and lifeguards
- implementing a comprehensive swimming lesson program for youth and adults
- training and certifying aquatic personnel for lifeguards and WSI license
- scheduling programs, activities, and events
- maintaining proper records and preparing requested records
- ensuring payroll accuracy
- ensuring sound fiscal control and recommending adjustments
- maintaining statistical data and records
- completing evaluations and surveys
- maintaining supplies and equipment
- promoting the expansion of revenue potential
- preparing and recommending budget requests, estimates, and justifications for cost
- maintaining website for aquatics programming and special events
- issuing written and oral instructions
- coordinating a comprehensive marketing plan for family aquatic center and pools
- coordinating and overseeing class registrations
