Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience with farming or controlled environment agriculture preferred
- reliable and consistent attendance
- physical capability to lift 50 lbs intermittently
- able to work in a range of temperatures
- agility to change tasks as needed
- excellent attitude and ability to foster a productive work environment
- adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- assist with crop cultivation and care
- perform maintenance duties on farm equipment including separating, sorting, power washing, and reassembling grow media panels
- prepare and package orders for deliveries
- support general farm activities at farm and off farm headquarters
- ensure compliance with USDA Harmonized GAP+ food safety standards
- follow personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols
- communicate workflow issues effectively with management
