Job Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock support or fulfillment roles
- Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and escorting them to fitting rooms, then sorting and returning clothing to the sales floor
- Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program
- Keep stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Work with the team to maintain the sales floor's appearance through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions in a seamless and friendly manner
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely and effective resolutions
