Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for ethical beauty and customer service
- willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
- ability to perform physical tasks related to retail operations
- reliable and punctual
- experience in retail or customer service roles preferred

Job Duties
- utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals
- consistently deliver a world-class customer experience by connecting with customers and identifying their needs
- demonstrate product benefits and features through personalized consultations
- educate customers on Lush brand values including fighting animal testing, ethical buying, handmade products, and naked packaging
- actively participate in community engagement by hosting store events to drive traffic
- expand product knowledge continuously through learning resources
- foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment that promotes diversity and belonging
- maintain punctuality and reliability while prioritizing personal wellbeing
- keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience
