Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- meet Federal Aviation Administration safety standards
- pass pre-employment drug screening
- meet motor vehicle record standards
- physically able to perform manual labor and operate heavy equipment
- willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience operating heavy machinery and specialized snow removal equipment
- knowledge of grounds keeping, landscaping, and turf management
- ability to perform concrete and asphalt repairs
- valid driver’s license
- ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- forklift certification and Class A CDL preferred
Job Duties
- Perform snow and ice removal using specialized equipment
- conduct manual snow removal operations
- perform landscaping and grounds keeping duties including turf management and weed control
- repair bituminous and concrete pavements
- install and maintain fences, signs, and gates
- perform general airport cleaning including operation of power sweepers and blowers
- assist in environmental clean-up and spill recovery
