- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Willingness to train at Philadelphia plant for several weeks
- Ability to work in cold, refrigerated environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties
- Clean fish according to company standards
- Bone and filet multiple varieties of fresh fish
- Scale and slice fish to customer specifications
- Work efficiently in a refrigerated environment
- Lift and handle fresh fish weighing up to 50 lbs
- Follow stringent sanitation and safety protocols
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines
