- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- willingness to train in Philadelphia, PA plant for several weeks
- able to work in refrigerated conditions
- capable of lifting heavy weights up to 50 lbs
- able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- basic English literacy skills
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
