- Strong knowledge of seafood preparation, displays, and operations
- Culinary training a plus
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment

Job Duties
- Oversee Port Washington seafood department including all operations, displays, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and storage
- Manage inventory, pricing, and displays to maximize freshness and appeal
- Ensure top-notch quality, safety, and compliance with all food regulations
- Train, mentor, and support seafood staff across multiple locations
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience including seafood preparation advice and sustainability education
