Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
valid Washington State Food Workers Card
one year of seafood experience
knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines
excellent time management and organizational skills
strong customer service skills
successfully pass background and reference checks

comprehensive knowledge of food, ingredients, applications, and culinary skills
knowledge of food safety and HACCP/Department of Health guidelines
strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
demonstrated success working in diverse teams

Job Duties

Maintain high-quality standards in product management and presentation
support and execute seafood department merchandising and displays
effectively perform seafood cutting responsibilities
minimize product loss while producing visually attractive merchandise
provide outstanding customer service and communicate product information
participate in quarterly physical inventories and control inventory
ensure highest quality products are stocked and replace outdated products daily
