Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of seafood experience
  • comprehensive knowledge and understanding of food, including ingredients, applications, pronunciations, and culinary skills
  • strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • proven success working in a diverse team environment
  • knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and Department of Health guidelines

Job Duties

  • Maintain high-quality standards in product management and presentation
  • support and execute production of Seafood Department merchandising and displays
  • effectively perform seafood cutting responsibilities
  • minimize product loss while producing visually attractive merchandise
  • provide outstanding customer service and readily communicate product information
  • participate in quarterly physical inventories and practice inventory control
  • ensure highest quality products are stocked and appropriately remove outdated product
