Job Duties
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet targets
- conduct customer visits, calls, presentations, and negotiations
- collaborate with operations to align solutions with customer needs
- maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- ensure smooth customer transitions to operations
- demonstrate knowledge of company products and services
- support RFQ, pricing, and handover processes
- deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance standards
