Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Negative TB test results within the last 2 years
- Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts
- Compliance with uniform policies
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Safety-oriented mindset
- Ability to interact warmly and professionally with guests
- Ability to speak with guests in absence of leadership
- Ability to handle high-pressure and fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with POS and PCI compliance a plus
- Ability to follow direction and multitask
- Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, reach above shoulders
- Ability to withstand heat and humidity
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Safety-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with point of sales technology is a plus
- Ability to follow direction and multitask

Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant team and assigned departments
- Lead by example and represent Sea Life Park’s core values
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members
- Ensure professional appearance and uniform compliance
- Know all restaurant positions and perform duties as needed
- Participate in hiring, orientation, training, coaching, and discipline
- Assist with scheduling and timekeeping
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests and complaints
- Enforce company, state, and local policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of the restaurant
- Comply with ServSafe and local food regulations
- Utilize point of sales systems accurately
- Document restaurant activities for management
- Assist in quality control and standards enforcement
- Motivate and encourage customer service excellence
- Inspect furniture, fixtures, and equipment for safety
- Escalate safety and maintenance issues
- Respond to emergencies professionally
- Handle and store products including alcohol and chemicals properly
- Assist with catering and banquet events
- Perform other duties assigned by leadership
