Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience working as a line cook in a live event or catering environment
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- capability to work standing for long periods
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
