Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Knowledge of bakery processes and terminology
- Ability to follow standard recipes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Perform bakery functions such as mixing, scaling, proofing, baking, frying, and finishing bakery items
- Possess knowledge of basic bakery terms and processes
- Assist in making orders for bakery ingredients and supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Fill, rotate, arrange and merchandise displays and display cases
- Ensure pricing, dating, wrapping or bagging of bakery products are done accurately
- Comply with all company safety and accident prevention policies
- Clean and sanitize areas of bakery and equipment
- Maintain bakery equipment in good working order and recommend repairs
