Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a sales support function
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with digital tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to attend supplier meetings and training
- Located in or willing to commute to New York City office

Job Duties
- Serve as a core component of the team by aligning operational needs with Travel Consultant sales activities
- Adhere strictly to operational processes and escalate issues when deviations occur
- Confirm accuracy of all holiday arrangements, supplier bookings, and invoices
- Ensure guest documentation is completed to a high standard
- Identify discrepancies and potential errors as a second pair of eyes
- Obtain and accurately record guest information on behalf of Travel Consultants
- Prepare and dispatch guest documentation electronically and via the Scott Dunn app
- Process refunds and cancellations promptly
- Manage flight ticket processing
- Attend supplier meetings and training to maintain destination knowledge
