Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years luxury travel sales experience
- Proven track record with ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain high-level client relationships
- Proficient with CRM and travel booking systems
- Willingness to travel regularly within California and occasionally internationally
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to service delivery
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in the luxury travel sector with proven global luxury travel sales success
- Proven experience in face-to-face relationship management with ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Extensive understanding of high-net-worth client preferences and contact strategy planning
- Sales driven with a focus on exceptional service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Comprehensive knowledge of global luxury travel destinations
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in CRM systems with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in upselling premium services and generating innovative sales opportunities
- Ability to collaborate effectively and mentor colleagues
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Passion for detail, knowledge, and inspiring travel experiences
Job Duties
- Identify and execute on opportunities for new member invitations through personal networks and referrals
- Work towards and meet individual quarterly and annual key performance indicators
- Activate existing databases and partner referrals to grow membership
- Proactively promote Scott Dunn Private membership benefits and exclusivity
- Target, prospect, onboard and service new members
- Develop and maintain personalized contact plans to drive enquiries and bookings
- Inspire and execute hyper-bespoke travel planning and booking for members
