Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid food handler's card
  • Valid Arizona driver's license
  • Associates degree or trade school certification preferred
  • Minimum 6-months specialized work experience or 2-years related or general supervisory experience
  • Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
  • Knowledge of business methods including financial, marketing and personnel
  • Ability to perform opening and closing procedures
  • Must pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol tests

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a valid food handler's card
  • Valid Arizona driver's license
  • Associates degree in related field or trade school, professional or technical certification or specialized training preferred
  • 6-months specialized work experience, 2-years work experience in related field or 2-years general or supervisory work experience
  • Some experience in sales or retail management preferred
  • Some experience in bowling operations preferred

Job Duties

  • Direct and supervise all operations of the center when scheduled to do so or in the absence of the manager
  • Identify potential operational problems, develop and implement preventive actions
  • Handle customer complaints and problems using judgment on when to refer to the manager
  • Assist in all phases of marketing, sales and promotion
  • Prepare reports, financial records and secure receipts as prescribed
  • Have thorough knowledge of all duties of the bowling center staff
  • Provide bowling assistance or instruction to customers when needed
  • Perform opening and closing procedures when scheduled
  • Direct, supervise and evaluate staff performance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
