Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid food handlers' card or willingness to obtain
- prior food service or hospitality experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
- ability to learn and communicate product knowledge

Job Qualifications
- Valid food handlers' card (required within 30 days or as per state/local requirement)
- experience in food service, fast-casual dining, or hospitality preferred
- ability to learn about and discuss classic and seasonal flavors

Job Duties
- Attentively interact with guests with patience, positivity, and effervescence
- maintain strong understanding of brand and flavor profiles to educate and recommend to guests
- scoop perfect portions according to shop standards
- accurately process transactions and handle cash
- prepare, label, and operate waffle batter and waffle irons
- adhere to food quality and safety standards including cleaning and organizing
- replenish retail products, stock freezers, and supplies
- consolidate ice cream tubs and manage inventory
- pack third-party delivery orders correctly
- promptly answer phones and provide excellent service
- facilitate line flow, greet guests, and promote shop experience and products
- taste and sample ice cream daily to communicate effectively about flavors
