Job Requirements

  • No restaurant experience required but preferred
  • 3-5 years experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
  • Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflict and provide team direction
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends regularly
  • Previous management or lead experience
