Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work intermittent and varying shifts
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic proficiency with technology and scheduling platforms
- willingness to respond to emergency situations
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous event support or venue experience preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
- basic knowledge of radio dispatch operations
- proficiency with scheduling software or similar tools
- ability to lift and move event equipment safely
- reliable and punctual
- customer service oriented
Job Duties
- setting up and tearing down all event equipment such as metal detectors, signage, stanchions, and other needs
- managing inventory and repairs of equipment, staff uniforms, and other department assets
- assisting with radio dispatch duties during events
- responding to emergency situations including medical and security incidents
- assisting in the collection of information for incident reports
- assisting with coordination and tracking of part-time event staff training
- supporting part-time event staff with scheduling website needs
- performing other duties and projects as assigned
