Job Duties
- Operate the school switchboard and take appropriate messages when necessary
- type forms as needed
- greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate office
- answer questions posed by visitors or callers regarding general operations of the school
- help receive and distribute all mail received by the school
- file correspondence or other records in a prescribed manner according to office practice
- input discipline reports to Region One ESC computers as directed
- perform all duties in a safe manner to avoid injury to oneself or others
- perform other related duties as assigned
