Job Requirements
- must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively
- availability to work Monday to Friday with variable hours depending on position
- must be 21 years or older to participate in the 401(k) plan
- successful completion of background check
- successful completion of drug screening
- reliable transportation to assigned work sites
- legal eligibility to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- some experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs
- attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- basic communication skills to follow instructions and interact with supervisors and team members
Job Duties
- perform custodian duties including trash removal and dusting
- clean restrooms thoroughly maintaining hygiene standards
- vacuum and mop floors across assigned areas
- strip, wax, buff, and scrub floors using specialized floor care equipment
- move furniture such as desks, tables, and chairs to facilitate cleaning
- follow cleaning and sanitation protocols as assigned by the supervisor
- maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs
