Job Requirements
- must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively
- willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- availability to work varying shifts Monday through Friday
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- some experience in janitorial or cleaning work preferred but not required
- ability to operate floor care equipment for floor tech position
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
- ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- good communication skills
- punctuality and reliability
Job Duties
- perform custodian duties including general cleaning
- pull trash and dispose of waste
- dust surfaces and furniture
- clean restrooms thoroughly
- vacuum and mop floors
- strip, wax, buff, and scrub floors using floor care equipment
- move furniture such as desks and chairs for cleaning
- maintain cleaning and sanitation standards as assigned by supervisor
