Job Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively
Must be available to work Monday through Friday
Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings and evenings
Pass a background check and drug screening
Be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation to work locations in Cayce and West Columbia

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Some custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good communication skills
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies beneficial
Basic physical fitness to perform manual tasks
Willingness to learn and undergo training

Job Duties

Perform custodian duties including general cleaning and sanitation
Pull trash and dispose of waste appropriately
Dust and clean surfaces regularly
Clean restrooms thoroughly and maintain hygiene standards
Vacuum and mop floors efficiently
Strip, wax, buff, and scrub floors using floor care equipment
Move furniture such as desks, tables, and chairs as needed
