Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food Handler's Certificate or Card required
- Manager Certification required for all Managers
- Four years of food handling service, preparation or cashiering experience
- Two years of lead or supervisory experience
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check
- Must be able to obtain and hold a valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop and concentrate for long periods
- Willingness to travel locally and in-state between campuses
- Ability to work minimum 40 hours per week
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Must comply with company policies regarding safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Flexible to perform other duties related to the job function
- Availability to work a schedule typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Knowledge of monitoring CCPs and SOPs
- Ability to implement and enforce policies and procedures

- Ability to operate all kitchen equipment
- Ability to train kitchen staff
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to coach and celebrate in the moment
- Ability to assign job responsibilities and develop work schedules
- Experience maintaining financial controls
- Ability to handle cash and perform daily reconciliations
- Ability to prepare daily production sheets and place orders
- Experience with inventory management
- Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with school administration
Job Duties
- Work in a multifaceted role changing positions as needed between food service worker, cook, cashier and manager
- Perform all food service worker duties
- Support Food Service Workers to complete opening and closing tasks
- Work under minimal supervision
- Assist with operational oversight and training
- Prepare, serve, and replenish food and drink
- Monitor inventory levels, order food and supplies, and store safely
- Assist manager with HACCP procedures including temperature and sanitizer logs
- Maintain courteous and respectful relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Comply with all safety, security and emergency policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Work closely with school administrators, parents, and children to resolve issues and provide customer service
- Perform all other similar duties
