Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to obtain and maintain CDL with passenger endorsement
- Must pass drug screening and background checks
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Ability to perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Availability to work flexible weekday hours with summers off
Job Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license or ability to obtain CDL through paid training
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to pass background checks and DOT physical
- Good communication skills
- Experience working with children or in a customer service role preferred
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible weekday schedules
Job Duties
- Safely transport students to and from school and activities
- Arrive at destinations on schedule
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Conduct child checks after each route
- Use navigation tools to plan efficient routes
- Maintain a clean, fueled, and well-maintained vehicle
- Keep accurate mileage and maintenance records
- Interact with students, parents, and staff in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
