Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree plus less than one year administrative office experience
- or High School diploma or equivalent plus one year administrative office experience
- proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email
- ability to operate computer, copier, and fax machine
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies
- ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- physical and mental ability to perform job functions
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and direct all visitors
- direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- perform general clerical work including answering phones, filing, developing and typing correspondences, memos, and reports
- assist in data entry and database maintenance for assigned programs
- maintain and protect confidential information such as PHI and PII
- distribute incoming mail and notify recipients
- prepare and send outgoing mail including trips to the post office
- compile data for informational reports and disseminate as required
- maintain inventory of office and copy machine supplies and requisition needed items
- maintain various office records and files
- monitor doors and hallways using internal security systems and ensure visitor compliance with policies
- transmit outgoing faxes and direct incoming faxes appropriately
- demonstrate agency values in interactions with students, individuals, families, colleagues, and community members
- perform other duties as assigned
