Job Requirements
- Must have an active government secret clearance - no exceptions
- One year of experience working as an aircrew scheduler
- One year of experience working with GDSS, GTIMS or equivalent scheduling program

- Must have a government secret clearance
Job Duties
- Coordinate with training officer, training NCO, squadron aviation resource management, Unit Deployment Manager, and Operations Officer to arrange schedules
- Build long- and short-range shift schedules ensuring full coverage
- Coordinate with senior squadron leadership and simulator contractors
- Track crewmember leave, temporary duty, and scheduling commitments, de-conflict schedules
- Track daily flight, ground, academic training requirements and accomplishments
- Facilitate last-minute schedule changes ensuring full coverage
- Publish and post scheduling data for training event schedules
- Comply with Ops Group and Wing Current Operations and Group Training guidance
- Perform daily updates of scheduling data
- Coordinate with outside agencies and higher headquarters for exercises and special events
- Provide inputs to Wing Scheduling and Current Operations meetings
- Produce Flight Authorizations cleared through Group Stan/Eval Go-No/Go process
- Update Load Tracker for next week’s schedule
- Produce Flying Hour Program Report
- Provide weekly JPAS requirements to security manager
- Coordinate with Aerial Delivery, Training, Loadmaster Scheduler, and Wing Scheduling for training loads assignment
