Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in aviation or related field
- Experience in aviation, business management, logistics, or military preferred
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers
- Ability to manage and solve problems with multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrated customer service focus
- Detail-oriented and proactive follow-through
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international geography
- Basic knowledge of aviation weather and NOTAMs
- Ability to integrate logistical decision making with sound judgment
Job Duties
- Efficiently assign owner flight requests to NetJets aircraft and crews to optimize resources and operations
- Incorporate new bookings, maintenance events, and changes to bookings
- Refine and maintain the flight schedule optimizing all available crews and resources
- Manage all aspects of the current day’s flight schedule ensuring timely communication and implementation of required changes
- Act as the primary liaison between crewmembers and the flight center
- Build relationships with crewmembers to ensure positive experiences by providing clear information
- Gather and disseminate essential information from crewmembers and supporting departments
