Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or aviation management preferred
- Three years related aviation experience or equivalent
- Master level proficiency of scheduling responsibilities
- Knowledge of aviation terminology and FARs
- Ability to understand FAA/NAA course requirements
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Experience with scheduling software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally at all management levels
- Adaptability to fast paced environment
- Result-driven work ethic
- Customer service focus
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office, TMS Systems, CRM
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or aviation management preferred

- Mastery of scheduling specialist responsibilities
- Knowledge of aviation industry terminology
- Understanding of FARs and FAA/NAA course prerequisites

- Knowledge of basic scheduling concepts and software

Job Duties
- Manages scheduling of customers and clients
- Sends confirmations and creates new client accounts
- Updates client information
- Coordinates client training schedules and training needs
- Understands and verifies regulatory training requirements
- Acts as backup for TSA tracking
- Performs export compliance checks
- Verifies and collects pre-training documents
- Confirms training attendance and objectives with clients
- Manages client retention program
- Acts as primary contact for assigned programs
- Communicates with customers and regulatory agencies
- Provides information on additional training to customers
- Ensures adherence to country-specific regulatory guidance
- Assesses and assigns resources for training events and instructor qualifications
