Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- 3+ years of Scheduling and Dispatch experience
- FAA Dispatch license preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with aviation scheduling software
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
Job Qualifications

- FAA Dispatch license preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise, mentor and coach Scheduling Supervisors and team members, ensuring a positive, collaborative work environment
- Foster individual growth through regular feedback, performance management and career development
- Cultivate a customer-focused team culture where employees anticipate and exceed client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery
- Lead the hiring process by conducting interviews, selecting top talent and ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and integrated into the team
- Continuously improve training materials and programs to enhance employee performance
- Manage the scheduling of full-time, part-time and on-call team members to meet operational needs
- Complete team payroll biweekly
- Address seasonal staffing changes and ensure adequate coverage across shifts
- Work with team members to achieve daily, monthly and annual goals
- Work closely with other departments to ensure SOP compliance, smooth workflow and alignment of objectives
- Foster communication to maintain efficiency across the organization
- Regularly evaluate and recommend updates to departmental policies and procedures
- Involve team in process improvement to enhance performance, compliance and efficiency
- Participate in the Operations safety management system data analysis to evaluate trends and improve safety and performance metrics
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Scheduling and Dispatch
- Regular on-call responsibilities
