Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in scheduling or receptionist role preferred

Job Duties

  • Answer phones promptly and professionally including intake calls from new and existing clients
  • Schedule and adjust caregiver visits according to client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules client information and communications
  • Handle scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently
  • Greet visitors and support front-desk operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients families and caregivers
  • Collaborate with the team to support a positive work environment
