Job Qualifications

- experience in scheduling or customer service preferred
- strong communication skills

- proficiency with scheduling software

Job Duties
- keep the daily schedule full
- fill openings in the schedule same day and within the next 48 hours
- ensure all new patients complete paperwork including insurance details before their appointment
- use software reporting to find and schedule patients needing appointments
- reach out to leadership for guidance when needed
- maintain a calm and positive presence in a busy environment
- deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
