Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • strong communication skills
  • experience with facility scheduling software
  • ability to coordinate multiple events and stakeholders
  • attention to detail
  • ability to manage rental revenue reporting

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • advanced degree in relevant field desirable
  • 4 years of relevant experience required
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred
  • experience in large facility scheduling and event planning
  • experience with EMS or similar scheduling software
  • experience in recreational sports or university setting
  • strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • progressive administrative experience including invoicing and scheduling

Job Duties

  • Coordinate scheduling of indoor and outdoor recreational sports facilities
  • manage requests for facility use from internal programs, university events, and public rentals
  • serve as primary scheduler for aquatic facilities
  • communicate with customers to ensure event coordination and satisfaction
  • provide special event coverage
  • collaborate with business office on rental revenue tracking and reporting
  • assist Assistant Director with process assessment and recommendations
