Job Requirements
- flexible availability to work remotely during the week
- must be available on-call weekends during tournament events
- ability to use Exposure scheduling platform (training provided)
- familiarity with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets
- proficiency with email and communication platforms like Slack or Teams
- part-time availability primarily from May through July
Job Qualifications
- highly organized with strong attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
- proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
- experience with scheduling tools like Exposure or Excel preferred
- previous experience in sports scheduling or event operations is a plus
- knowledge of Exposure platform is an advantage but not required
Job Duties
- build, update, and maintain tournament schedules using Exposure platform
- incorporate team registrations, field availability, and division requirements into schedules
- adjust schedules based on team changes, cancellations, or weather
- provide on-call support during tournament weekends
- communicate schedule changes to staff and stakeholders
- coordinate with event staff, referees, and field managers to ensure schedule accuracy
- track changes and provide post-event schedule reports
