Job Requirements

  • flexible availability to work remotely during the week
  • must be available on-call weekends during tournament events
  • ability to use Exposure scheduling platform (training provided)
  • familiarity with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets
  • proficiency with email and communication platforms like Slack or Teams
  • part-time availability primarily from May through July

Job Qualifications

  • highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
  • experience with scheduling tools like Exposure or Excel preferred
  • previous experience in sports scheduling or event operations is a plus
  • knowledge of Exposure platform is an advantage but not required

Job Duties

  • build, update, and maintain tournament schedules using Exposure platform
  • incorporate team registrations, field availability, and division requirements into schedules
  • adjust schedules based on team changes, cancellations, or weather
  • provide on-call support during tournament weekends
  • communicate schedule changes to staff and stakeholders
  • coordinate with event staff, referees, and field managers to ensure schedule accuracy
  • track changes and provide post-event schedule reports
