Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in production scheduling or planning
  • Proficiency with scheduling and production software
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to work on-site in Miami
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in production planning or scheduling roles, preferably within the airline catering or food service industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and production management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of airline operations and catering logistics is a plus

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely completion of catering orders
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to align materials availability with production needs
  • Communicate with airline clients to confirm schedule requirements and adjust plans as necessary
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Prepare and present reports on production status and scheduling efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast workload and resource requirements
