Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in production scheduling or planning
- Proficiency with scheduling and production software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work on-site in Miami
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
- Proven experience in production planning or scheduling roles, preferably within the airline catering or food service industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software and production management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of airline operations and catering logistics is a plus
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely completion of catering orders
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to align materials availability with production needs
- Communicate with airline clients to confirm schedule requirements and adjust plans as necessary
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Prepare and present reports on production status and scheduling efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast workload and resource requirements
