Job Duties

  • Research space availability to ensure timely room assignments
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts through effective communication and coordination
  • Assign space for classes, events, and programs based on campus needs
  • Provide administrative support for the Assistant Director of Scheduling
  • Process Public Safety, Audio Visual, and Facilities requests via Event Management System (EMS)
  • Coordinate daily work schedules for A/V staff and support Special Event Facility Manager
  • Assist Office of Events Management and Student Life with large events and student programs
